Dot Berry’s Café provides food, beverages, and custom cake services for dine-in, takeaway, and pre-orders.
By using our services (online or offline), you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Menu & Pricing
All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.
We strive to maintain accurate prices and product descriptions, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel or refuse orders accordingly.
3. Orders & Custom Cake Bookings
Orders can be placed in-store, via phone, or through our website (if available).
For custom cake orders, advance notice and full or partial payment may be required.
Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless agreed upon due to special circumstances.
4. Food Allergies & Dietary Preferences
We make every effort to accommodate dietary preferences and label ingredients accurately.
However, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please inform our staff of any allergies before placing your order.
5. Payments
We accept payments via cash, UPI, cards, and other available digital methods.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed (e.g., for bulk/corporate orders).
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Dine-in and takeaway food orders are non-refundable once prepared or served.
Custom cakes and pre-orders are eligible for refunds only in case of non-fulfillment due to our error or cancellation within the allowed time frame (if applicable).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
7. Café Conduct
We aim to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.
Any inappropriate behavior, damage to property, or disturbance may lead to refusal of service or removal from premises.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, menus, and branding, is the property of Dot Berry’s Café and may not be reused without permission.
9. Privacy
Any personal information you share with us is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
We do not share your data with third parties except as required to process orders or comply with the law.
